Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement social media and communication campaigns in line with marketing strategies.
  • Serve as the primary voice on X and Discord, engaging with the community and maintaining a consistent tone.
  • Cultivate community growth across Twitter, Telegram, Discord, and other key platforms.
  • Foster collaborations with creators, brands, and relevant communities.
  • Respond promptly to comments and player queries, providing excellent customer service.
  • Monitor and report on feedback, online comments, and reviews.
  • Lead initiatives to scale community programs and their impact.
  • Manage and coordinate with community moderators.
  • Drive community growth and engagement through strategic planning and execution.
  • Create detailed reports on community growth for leadership.
  • Organize and participate in events to enhance community and brand awareness.
  • Work closely with Marketing, PR, Communications, Development, and Business Development teams to ensure brand consistency and stay updated on new products and features.
  • Build strong relationships with users, potential customers, industry professionals, and journalists.
  • Stay informed on web3 trends, crypto gaming competitors, and related industries.

Requirements:
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in community management.
  • Proven expertise in managing communities on X and Discord.
  • Active involvement in gaming communities with a passion for blockchain and web3.
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills with the ability to create engaging content.
  • Hands-on experience in social media management for brands.
  • Strong ability to moderate online and offline community interactions.
  • Proficient in interpreting website traffic and online customer engagement metrics.
  • Knowledgeable about online marketing and various marketing channels.
  • Keen attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.
