CFO & Business Operations Manager Wanted!

Spectrum Search, a leading web3 recruitment company, is excited to present an incredible opportunity to join a rapidly growing wealth management business specializing in digital assets.

Location: Remote, Bahrain

About the Role:

As the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) & Business Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing financial management and daily operations. This includes financial planning, compliance, strategic analysis, and collaboration with various teams to streamline processes and boost efficiency. You will also lead confidential projects, ensure financial control, and drive sustainable growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage financial planning and analysis: budgeting, forecasting, and scenario planning.
  • Develop and implement financial infrastructure to support growth.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting, legal, regulatory, and risk guidelines.
  • Lead year-end financial activities: tax preparation and audits.
  • Provide financial updates and recommendations to leadership.
  • Conduct financial and strategic analysis for company-wide initiatives.
  • Monitor the economic landscape and web3 ecosystem to manage finances responsibly.
  • Oversee company payments for accuracy and compliance.
  • Streamline daily business operations for improved efficiency.
  • Manage processes across sales/marketing, regulatory oversight, banking/finance, and administration.
  • Implement best practices to enhance the sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
  • Develop and maintain sales reports, dashboards, and KPIs.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a CFO or senior finance leader in scaling rapid-growth start-ups.
  • Deep understanding of treasury departments and middle/back office functions of banks and broker/dealers.
  • Proficiency in financial modeling and effective communication across diverse audiences.
  • Experience with audits, tax preparation, and managing balance sheets > $10mm.
  • 5+ years in a CFO or related senior/executive role.
  • Experience in Investment Banking and financial services is a plus.
  • Expertise in Program and Change Management.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and sales operations experience.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
